We pray that, for the world around us, we may be the light of which today’s reading speaks, bringing God’s grace into the lives of those who have closed their hearts to God. We pray to the Lord.
We pray for those in this parish and in our city who are alone, afraid, in pain and infirm, that this parish may reach out to them and bring them consolation and company and confidence that God is with them. We pray to the Lord.
We pray for our Pastoral Council, that it may guide the growth of our parish as a welcoming community of faith and service and a source of strength and love for all who worship here. We pray to the Lord.
